UN adviser, Turkish ambassador discuss Libya’s current situation
UN Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, said she meet Wednesday with Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Kenan Yılmaz, to discuss the current situation in the North African country.

“I used the opportunity to brief the Ambassador on the outcome of the Joint HoR/HCS Committee meeting that I convened in Cairo on 13-18 April in order to rebuild consensus on a solid constitutional framework to enable the holding of national elections within a firm timeframe,” Williams tweeted.

“We also discussed the importance of ensuring that all international efforts on Libya are coordinated and unified,” she added.
