Benghazi – Mohammed Al-Bayoudi, head of the General Authority for Cinema, Theater, and Arts, has appointed artist Youssef Aqseem as director of the Ali Al-Shaali Institute of Music and Theater.
The decision aims to strengthen the institute’s progress and support its efforts to develop the artistic and cultural scene. It also seeks to improve training and qualification programs in music and theater.
