25 LPDF members agree on negotiation proposal for elections framework

GENEVA – Twenty five out of forty five members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) have agreed on a proposal for negotiations on defining the constitutional framework of the December elections, announced Ján Kubiš, the Head United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), on Thursday.

The proposal stipulates that every five members choose a member who will negotiate on their behalf to reach agreement on the framework, according to Kubiš.
