Benghazi – The Security Operations Department of the Directorate for Combating Illegal Migration continued its field duties in Benghazi, where a security campaign today resulted in the arrest of 62 illegal migrants of various nationalities.
The leadership of the Directorate for Combating Illegal Migration stated that the campaign covered the areas of Al-Qawarsha, Al-Haraba Road, Bu Atni, and Ras Abeida.
It clarified that the migrants were referred to the Greater Benghazi Branch shelter to complete medical, security, and administrative procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
The Directorate affirmed its commitment to combating the phenomenon of illegal migration and protecting community security.
