The Agricultural Police Agency – Libyan Government, reported that its Ubari branch has begun following up on a complaint received regarding the closure of an agricultural road and the cutting of electricity to agricultural land in the Qabroun area.
The agency clarified that a patrol from the Bint Bayah Agricultural Police Center went to the location immediately after receiving the report, where it inspected the site and verified the details of the complaint, as part of its direct jurisdiction to protect agricultural lands and preserve the rights of farmers.
It added that the assigned team prepared a report on the incident, in preparation for referring a detailed report to the competent authorities to take legal action.
