The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Libyan Government, Osama Hammad, and the General Director of the Development Fund, Belkacem Khalifa, conducted a field tour on Monday of the Juliana area development project in Benghazi.
During the tour, Aguila was briefed on the completion rates, implementation stages, and the progress of work according to the approved plan, reflecting the continuous pace of work and the Fund’s efforts in implementing vital projects that contribute to upgrading services and urban development in the region.
Aguila praised the efforts made in this project and the active role played by the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund in improving infrastructure and advancing the reconstruction path toward tangible achievements on the ground.
