British Ambassador to Libya Caroline Hurndall held a meeting yesterday in Benghazi with Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Ali Al-Hibri, to discuss the unification of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL).
In a statement via Twitter, Hurndall described the talks as “productive” and said the two of them also discussed “the future of Libya’s economy – and possibilities for British investment to help diversify the economy.”
