Al-Nassr takes sole lead and Khalij Sirte secures a valuable win in the Libyan Premier League

Benghazi – Friday evening concluded several matches in the Libyan Premier League. First Division football also saw play. Results were mixed. Al-Nasr secured the top spot in its group. Khaleej Sirte achieved an important victory. Several matches ended in goalless draws.

This was part of the third round of the Premier League’s Group Four. Khaleej Sirte secured a valuable victory. They defeated Al-Tahaddy by two goals to one. The match was held at Sirte City Stadium. This victory brought Khaleej Sirte’s points total to six. They now hold third place. Al-Tahaddy’s points remained at three. They are currently in seventh place.

At Benghazi Stadium, Al-Nasr continued its strong run. They achieved an easy three-nil victory over Al-Andalus. This placed Al-Nasr alone at the top of Group Four. They now have nine points. Al-Andalus remains without any points this season.

In Group Two, Shabab Al-Ghar achieved an important victory. They defeated Abi Al-Ashhar by two goals to one. Meanwhile, the match between Al-Majd and Al-Tarsana ended in a goalless draw.

League matches will continue over the coming days. Fans eagerly anticipate more excitement. They also look forward to competition across all groups.
