Member of the House of Representatives, Jaballah Al-Shaibani, commented on the death of a Tawerghan family, a mother and her five children, in the Ajdabiya camp following a fire that claimed their lives.
In a post on his personal Facebook page, Al-Shaibani said: “In the miserable Ajdabiya camp, which lacks the basic necessities for a humane life, a Tawerghan family of a mother and five children lost their lives, burned to death.”
Al-Shaibani held Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, whom he described as a “criminal,” responsible for what happened, considering that he deliberately obstructed the reconstruction of Tawergha and the compensation of its people to prevent them from returning, despite the completion of all procedures and the matter only awaiting his approval.
Al-Shaibani concluded his statement by saying: “To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. We ask Allah for their forgiveness and mercy, and for their relatives and the people of Tawergha, patience and solace… Getting rid of this criminal is a national duty.”
