Prime Minister-designate Fathi Bashagha announced on Wednesday, that he will take oath of office before the House of Representatives on Thursday.
His cabinet members will also be sworn-in, the premier said via Twitter.
“The Presidency of the House of Representatives invited members of the High Council of State, the Presidential Council, international and local observers, and journalists, and we hope for their attendance and participation,” he added.
Last month, Bashagha was picked by the House to replace Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh as Libya’s new interim leader.
