The candidate for heading the new Libyan government, Khaled al-Bibas, said that the priorities for forming his government are professionalism, efficiency and fair representation of all the regions.
Al-Bibas added during the parliament session in Tobruk: “Our government project is a constitutional rule, respect for the law and the authority of the judiciary.”
He noted that his priorities are a balanced foreign policy, facilitating the return of the displaced, establishing security and unifying the military institution, in addition to paying attention to education and health care.
