Libya – State Council member Ahmed Bubriq said the priority is for all parties to move towards forming a unified government and adopting electoral laws that do not exclude anyone and are based on consensus, leading to comprehensive elections that end the successive transitional phases.
Consensus is a condition for unifying institutions
In exclusive statements to the Al-Raed news network, which is close to the Justice and Construction Party, Bubriq added that they support any step that contributes to unifying institutions, provided that it is consistent with the legal framework and national consensus, stressing that bypassing these foundations could lead to reproducing division instead of ending it.
