The seminar featured extensive discussions about the daily challenges faced by working women in balancing their careers and family responsibilities. Participants shared personal experiences and exchanged ideas. They also suggested practical solutions for time management and handling life’s pressures.
Rafi’a Al-Barnawi, Chairwoman of the Al-Ronak Organization for Women and Children, told the Libyan News Agency that the event reflects the organization’s increasing focus on issues faced by working women. She emphasized the group’s commitment to supporting and empowering women to carry out their various roles effectively.
Al-Barnawi noted that Libyan women today bear significant responsibilities at home and in society. She called for more community and awareness efforts to support them. According to Al-Barnawi, real empowerment goes beyond employment opportunities. It must also provide psychological, social, and educational support.
She added that such seminars help create a supportive environment for women, offering a safe space to share experiences and discuss challenges. Al-Barnawi said these efforts assist women in achieving a better balance between their professional and family lives.
Participants concluded the seminar by stressing the importance of continuing these initiatives, citing their positive impact in raising awareness, strengthening women’s ability to deal with life’s pressures, and promoting family and career stability.
