Benghazi – The training program for the staff of Benghazi Specialist Hospital, titled “Effective Communication Skills,” concluded yesterday, Monday, in the presence of the Training Director, Advisor Salem Ben Gharbia.

Ben Gharbia explained to the Libyan News Agency that the ten-day training course targeted the hospital’s employees, who are affiliated with the National Development Authority. It included multiple modules covering the concept of communication, its importance, objectives, elements of communication, types of communication in institutions, communication barriers, and the steps for effective communication.

Ben Gharbia added that the program concluded with a practical application and an assessment exam for the trainees, aimed at reinforcing the acquired skills and raising the level of institutional performance. He stressed the importance of these courses in developing employees’ capabilities and improving the quality of work within the hospital. He expressed his best wishes to the trainees for their success, extending his thanks to the Director of the Hospital’s Training Office, Asma Al-Houti, for the purposeful collaboration in organizing the course, and to the Training and Human Resources Department at the National Development Authority for their continuous support, which played a significant role in the program’s success and the achievement of its training objectives.
