Libya’s Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh arrived in Cairo on Wednesday, where he is scheduled to attend 11th conference of the joint Egyptian-Libyan High Committee, according to press reports.
This is the committee’s first meeting in 12 years, as it halted its work following the 2011 Arab Spring.
