Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh denies latest press reports which alleged that he met with David Barnea, the Head of the Israeli foreign intelligence body Mossad, in Jordan.
“That didn’t happen and won’t happen in the future, our stance is firm and clear on the Palestinian cause,” according to a Libyan government statement released Wednesday.
Citing reports from Saudi and Libyan media outlets, Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post claimed yesterday Dbeibeh and Barnea met to discuss “normalization and security cooperation”.
