Libyan Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh met with members of 5+5 Joint Military to Committee yesterday in Tripoli, where they discussed the committee’s upcoming Geneva talks as well as the withdrawal of foreign forces from Libya, according to a brief statement by the government.
