Outgoing premier Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh has ordered the establishment of oil and gas refinery in Sharara oilfield, according to government document leaked to the press.
The project, which is worth 600 million euros, will be implemented by the state-owned National Oil Corporation (NOC) and funded by Dbeibeh’s ministry of finance.
