Mustafa Sanalla, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), held talks in Washington today with Joey Hood, the U.S. Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs.
According to the U.S. State Department, the two “agreed on need to invest in renewables and importance of uninterrupted NOC operations for benefit of all Libyans.”
During the meeting, Hood also underlined U.S. support for “independence” of National Oil Corporation.
