The outgoing Prime Minister, Abdel Hamid Dbeibeh, said that the draft constitution must be printed and distributed to the Libyan people to read it and get to know about it.
“I am certain that most Libyans did not read this constitution, even those who oppose it.” Dbeibeh added, during his meeting with the Communication, Awareness and Education Committees of the Constituent Assembly for the Drafting of the Constitution:
He stressed the need to intensify the media through holding workshops, seminars and video meetings to clarify all technical details and controversial materials.
Dbeibeh stressed that the government will support any effort to hold elections, and the constitution remains a demand for all Libyans and a national entitlement that must be accomplished.
