Dbeibah to visit Tobruk tomorrow to discuss budget with HoR

Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Dbeibah announced on Saturday that he will travel tomorrow to the eastern city of Tobruk, where he will discuss his government’s proposed budget with lawmakers during a parliamentary session on Monday.
