The Ministry of Social Affairs, affiliated with the government of Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, is preparing to disburse another installment of handouts for young people under the age of eighteen.
Abdel Nasser Al-Tarshani, director of the ministry’s Wife and Children Grant Program, told the press on Saturday this installment would cover the second quarter of this year: April, May and June.
Al-Tarshani said about 3 million people are targeted by this grant. He also pointed out that the financial statement pertaining the grant disbursement would be referred to the Ministry of Finance by the end of August.
