ABU DHABI – Refaat Mohammed Alabbar, Libya’s Deputy Oil Minister, visited the U.A.E on Thursday, where he met a number of Emirati official to discuss bilateral cooperation.
Both sides discussed strengthening cooperation between major Emirati companies and the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Libya’s state-owned oil company, and the use of modern technologies in the development of the Libyan oil and gas sector.
