Director General of National Development Agency and UN Deputy Envoy Discuss Libya's Reconstruction Efforts

Dr. Mahmoud al-Forjani, Director General of the National Development Agency, met with Stephanie Koury, Deputy Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and sharing visions for Libya’s development and reconstruction.

Both parties discussed the latest progress of urban development projects across various Libyan cities and regions. These projects are part of an accelerated development drive managed by the National Development Agency. The initiative aims to support infrastructure and improve public services. It also seeks to create a sustainable environment for Libyan citizens.

The meeting also involved an exchange of views on supporting stability and development efforts. Participants discussed ways to strengthen cooperation to advance the reconstruction process. This effort aims to achieve comprehensive development nationwide and meet the aspirations of Libyans for a more stable and prosperous future.
