Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, sent a congratulatory cable to General Saddam Haftar on the occasion of his appointment as Deputy Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA).
In his message, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Khalifa expressed his sincere wishes for Haftar’s success in his new duties, emphasizing that this step would contribute to serving the interests of the Libyan people and enhancing their security and stability.
