Representatives of the EU Border Assistance Mission and the Specialised Training Institute of the General Administration for Security Operations of the Interior Ministry met in Tripoli on Sunday to “discuss the opening ceremony of the newly rehabilitated student accommodation building and opportunities for future cooperation in the field of training,” according to EUBAM.
“Development of personnel via training is the backbone of any institution,” EUBAM added in brief statement on X. It also affirmed its support for the training centers of the Libyan authorities.
EUBAM did not disclose when will the new facility be opened.
