Europe’s top diplomats will gather in Brussels to discuss the situation in Libya during a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council on Monday.
According to the council’s agenda, EU foreign affairs ministers will the situation Mali and Yemen as well as “the latest developments concerning the Russian aggression against Ukraine”.
