Benghazi – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Libyan Government, Abdul Hadi Al-Hweij, followed up on the final preparations for organizing the events of the National Day of Libyan Diplomacy, while chairing the fourth meeting of the preparatory committee tasked with overseeing this national occasion on Saturday.
The meeting, attended by the chairman and members of the committee, reviewed the approved plans and programs for organizing the celebration, with the aim of ensuring the success of the events and highlighting the stature of Libyan diplomacy and its historical role in serving the nation.
The attendees discussed a set of ideas and proposals aimed at enriching the National Day’s program and enhancing public awareness of Libyan diplomacy and its ancient heritage, stressing the importance of this occasion in honoring diplomatic figures and strengthening their role on the local and international levels.
The events of the National Day of Libyan Diplomacy are part of the ongoing efforts to enhance Libya’s diplomatic presence and to highlight the achievements of Libyan diplomats throughout history.
