Head of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS), Khaled al-Mishri, described the elections scheduled to be held in Libya on December 24 as an “illusion” that would be difficult to achieve.
Al-Mishri expressed his hopes and wishes, if the elections were held, that Abdul Hamid al-Dbeibeh win the presidency against Khalifa Haftar and Saif al-Islam Gaddafi.
