Naima Al-Hami, a member of the High Council of States, has criticized the international community’s call on foreign forces to leave Libya without defining who these forces are, adding that Libya needs Turkish forces “to preserve balance”.
“We still need to define what foreign forces need to leave the country, and the European Union strangely generalizes the term foreign forces to all forces, even those that signed agreements with the Libyan government,” she told reporters.
“Libya still needs Turkish forces to preserve balance,” she said.
