Member of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS), Idris Bufayed, announced that he would resign if the Parliament is ended.
Bufayed said in a brief statement on his Facebook page: “I, Idris Mohamed Bufayed, announce my official resignation, immediately, as HCS member, and without necessarily having to refer to any other justifications, legal or constitutional, as soon as the Parliament falls and ends officially and definitively, forever.”
