Head of the Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, said the laws issued by the 6+6 electoral committee canceled everything related to the December 24, 2021 elections, including the lists of candidates.
Al-Sayeh added that candidates for the elections must submit their documents again other than the ones they submitted in 2021.
“We will open voter registration, and new cards will be issued to new voters and registrants,” HNEC Head pointed out.
