The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) Spokesman, Abdulla Beilhiq, said that the meetings of HoR and the High Council of State (HCS) committees are expected to start in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
Bleihiq said in a press statement on Tuesday that these meetings are being held under the auspices of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
He explained that the meetings are held in accordance with the decision of the HoR to review the points and articles in dispute in the draft constitution.
