The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) will discuss on its session on Monday Oct. 4 the proposal of the Parliament Election Law, said HoR Spokesman, Abdulla Blaihiq.
HoR had issued Presidential Election Law for elections scheduled to be held in Libya on Dec. 24 this year.
