Tripoli – The Director of the General Protocol Department at the GNU Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Hussein, met on Saturday with Suresh Kumar Manickam, Assistant Undersecretary for West Asia and North Africa at India’s Ministry of External Affairs. Manickam is leading an official delegation on a visit to Libya.
Hussein praised the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between Libya and India. He stressed the Ministry’s commitment to providing the necessary support to ensure the success of the official visit, with the aim of strengthening bilateral relations and developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
For his part, Manickam expressed India’s desire to deepen its cooperation with Libya and boost coordination for the benefit of both nations.
