Benghazi – The first batch of files and procedures for citizens of Al-Sabri area has been transferred from the Census and Compensation Committee to the Committee for the Reconstruction of Al-Sabri and Central Benghazi. This move is part of efforts to advance reconstruction projects in the region.
The transfer was carried out under the direction of Engineer Belkassem Haftar, Director General of the Libyan Fund for Development and Reconstruction. It is one of several planned steps to pave the way for implementing reconstruction projects according to established plans.
Officials said this marks the start of processing additional files in a gradual work plan designed to organize procedures and speed up reconstruction in Al-Sabri. They added that the next phase will complete the necessary technical and administrative steps to prepare for the start of actual rebuilding projects, which aim to improve infrastructure and rehabilitate the area.
