IOM said it handed over technical and operational equipment to the Gambian Embassy in Libya to ease the process of issuing travel docs and pre-departure counseling for Gambians interested in voluntarily returning home.
The handover was carried out by IOM Voluntary Humanitarian Return program (VHR) Consular support team, with financial support from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, according to IOM office in Libya.
