The candidate for the parliamentary elections and the former spokesperson for the Council of State, Senussi Ismail, expected that a new political dialogue forum the formed “to get out of a current crisis.”
Al-Sharif said in press statements, “It is possible to form a new dialogue forum with members from the House of Representatives and State Council, in addition to representatives of active political, social and military parties with the least possible number.”
“This may enhance the opportunity to achieve a political settlement according to which agreement is reached on the executive path by unifying the executive authority and unifying the boards of directors of sovereign institutions and the constitutional path by agreeing on a constitutional basis and setting the date for legislative and presidential elections,” he added.
