Member of Parliament Akram Khalifa said the issue of delayed textbook distribution is never-ending, stressing that the problem recurs every year without any fundamental solutions.
Call for a comprehensive investigation into the matter
In exclusive statements to “Al-Masar” TV, Khalifa called on the Attorney General to open a comprehensive investigation into the textbook issue, to determine the reasons for the delay and to hold accountable the negligent parties and those involved in any wrongdoing.
Corruption erodes state institutions
Khalifa pointed out that corruption and nepotism have become a pervasive phenomenon within state institutions, stressing that hope rests on the Attorney General’s efforts to restore trust and accountability amid rampant corruption and the absence of effective oversight.
