The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Saddek Elkaber, held a meeting on Tuesday with the Head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, for talks on the government’s spending in 2022 as well as the budget for 2023, according to brief statement by CBL.
