The National Center for Disease Control in Libya announced the registration of 2,866 new cases of COVID-19, four deaths, and 4,406 recoveries, in the highest daily number of cases recorded in 24 hours since the beginning of the pandemic.
In a statement on Friday, the NCDC stated that the number of active COVID-19 cases has reached 31,396. The total number of cases in the country is currently 217,434, while the total deaths is 3253, and the total recovered cases is 182,785. On the other hand, the number of vaccinated people has reached 459,084.
