Libya Ambassador Jordan, Abdul Basit Abdul Qader Al-Badri, met Sunday with a number of Libyan citizens who suffer from heart diseases, tumors, kidneys and delayed childbearing in Jordan.
The Libyan Embassy said the ambassador had clarified the mechanism of the procedures followed and the embassy’s efforts to address the patients’ crisis, through several correspondences to the government and the concerned ministers.
The embassy indicated that communication is continuing to find an urgent and quick settlement, pointing out that no financial allocations have been transferred for the purpose of treatment or related to the accumulated debts to hospitals.
The embassy reassured the Libyan citizens present in Jordan for the purpose of treatment that contacts with the government are still continuing to reach a serious settlement and find a quick and positive solution to this file.
