The Libyan General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, according to the Libyan Embassy in Sofia.
The Embassy’s statement did not provide any other details about the memorandum.
