During his official visit to Russia, the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Lieutenant General Khalid Haftar, met with the Russian Defense Minister, Andrey Belousov, in Moscow.
The two sides discussed the latest regional and international developments, in addition to discussing prospects for military cooperation in the fields of training, rehabilitation, and developing the capabilities of the armed forces.
