Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush and the U.N. Special Envoy Stephanie Williams met in Tripoli on Thursday to discuss political developments concerning the country.
Williams briefed Mangoush on her “recent engagements with international interlocutors,” according to a statement by the U.N. diplomat via Twitter.
“It was also an opportunity to exchange views on the political situation in Libya and ways to advance the electoral process,” she added.
