Libyan officials discuss migration memoranda of understanding signed with Italy and Malta

Libyan Minister of State for Migration Affairs, Ijdid Maatouq, discussed, with the Director of the General Department of Coastal Security at the Interior Ministry, the problems and obstacles they face and issues related to memoranda of understanding with the Italian and Maltese sides related to combating irregular migration.
