SIRTE – The Libyan 5+5 Joint Military Committee denied on Sunday reopening of the coastal road linking the western and eastern parts of the country, thus challenging the announcement made by Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, on that same day.
“The committee has sole responsibility over the road’s reopening and all the security arrangements and coordinations that it entails between the two parties,” the committee said.
