The General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, issued a decree for appointing Major General Fawzi al-Mansouri as a commander for Sebha Military Zone in the South West (Fezzan).
Al-Mansouri, from Ajdabiya, is considered one of LNA prominent commanders, and was the commander of the Ain Zara-Wadi al-Rabi` fighting axis in Tripoli when LNA was conducting a military campaign for controlling the capital in 2020.
