BENGHAZI – The Libyan National Army (LNA) announced on Thursday the launch of a new military operation in Libya’s southern region following a series of violent attacks that terrorized the region this month.
Units of LNA’s infantry battalions are heading in the region to support the forces stationed there, with the goal track and fight terrorist groups and criminal militias, LNA said in a statement via its media office.
