GENEVA – The Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) is having its second day of election talks on Tuesday, which takes place in the Swiss city of Geneva. The LPDF faces a July 1st deadline to decide on the constitutional basis for the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in December this year.
